“I was a little hesitant when I saw the outside of the property. It was clean but looked dated. As soon as I entered the lobby, I understood why the reviews were so positive. It was very clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly. Sure, it isn't a luxury hotel, but it is a nice place to stay for a reasonable (for Traverse City) price.”
“Beautiful spot on a busy but central location. Loved the design of the space and the staff was SO friendly. Everything was incredibly clean and the rooms were actually quite spacious. The only drawback is the air-conditioning...I found it incredibly loud, though my boyfriend slept right through it. I'll definitely be staying again, but I will be bringing ear plugs - this place is too cute to NOT stay at again!”
“The location was the best and right by everything in Gen Arbor. We rented the largest room and the place smelled old and only some things were updated. The bathroom was so small and could barely move around to take a shower, not updated, and mold everywhere in the shower. There were spiders and musty smelling bedroom. We spent over $500 a night for this place and all because of the location.”
“Staff was helpful and nice. Clean property and good breakfast. The only issue we had was the problem with pillows and comforters. Pillows are old not comfortable and comforters are torn. Otherwise we are happy and we had a good time”
