“The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a great ambience. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were under renovation when we were there. Also, the staff were unable to answer basic questions like how much the children’s buffet was. Also, the walls are very thin so the people in one of the rooms did not get much sleep. Would be great if just priced a bit lower, especially for the off-season”

“With no staff on site there was no way to get my questions answered. I tried the "contact us" feature, but never received a reply. The access code was tricky to operate and instructions on how to use it were incomplete.
Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably...
