“First room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Front desk said they cleaning staff was understaffed. Hallway carpets were in tatters plus piles of dirty laundry lined hallways (on that tattered carpet) *throughout* the building. Exterior sliding glass door in our room did not lock.”

“The staff were welcoming and the room and shared spaces were nicely kept. The pool was under maintenance so that’s I reviewed 3/5 but overall confidently located from downtown Bellevue and a 20 min drive to downtown Seattle.”

“We had a great experience here. Was just one night but we felt right at home. Clean and quiet rooms. A very nice full breakfast included. We only thought we were getting a Continental breakfast but they had eggs, sausage and hashbrowns above the regular Continental options. It was a nice surprise. We got great service from Miranda at the front desk. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. All this for a very affordable price. We will stay here again!”
