“Wonderful experience at Tranquilles. Friendly service from Bev from the moment I checked in and during my 2-day stay there. Comfortable bedding and clean room and facilities. Bev is an amazing hostess - she catered for the birthday function I attended at Tranquilles, serving delicious Thai food as well as the amazing birthday cake. There were great choices for breakfast and the jams/marmalade served were also home-made. Definitely recommend and would stay at Tranquilles on my next trip to Port...

I would have liked a spot that wasn't the shared bathroom sink to rinse and wash out my coffee press and travel mug, and fill the room kettle. But so saying it was very reasonably priced and the continental breakfast was terrific.”

Glencoe was the perfect place and fulfilled all of our requirements and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. “This was a great find. Owner was very helpful and engaging. Excellent provisions for breakfast, both in terms of quality and quantity. Very quiet and spacious. Abundance of wildlife to see on the veranda. Great shower and laundry useful. Only negative being zero WiFi although very good 4G available. Photos don’t do it justice. ”
