“Lovely place, well kept… only complaint is there is no elevator… we are retired and stayed for three nights. Good thing we are in pretty good shape so we could take our luggage up the stairs. ”

“We always stay here when in the area. The pool is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. It’s safe for little kids. The only thing is thin walls so it’s not always totally quiet but not bad. Otherwise it is a very nice well maintained motel. ”

“We had a great experience at this hotel. We borrowed the bikes and enjoyed the trails that are very nearby. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to restaurants and venues. We.would definitely stay here again. Minor, minor complaints would be there is no free water in the lobby, and the free coffee is terrible. But there is a really good coffee shop nearby! ”

“Spacious rooms, very nice staff. All in all very comfortable, quiet, and clean. Popped open my room window to the woods and enjoyed a cool evening. Decent restaurant next door, caterers to our family reunion in n the lodge hall that day, darned good grits. Got my nickle’s worth!”
