“The hotel offers basic amenities, coffee pot in your room, small refrigerator, hair dryer. The beds are uncomfortable. The staff recommended that we come in the back door with our luggage, which included a couple of stairs and a couple of doors. It would have been better to walk down the hallway. The front desk may not be staffed but they have a phone for you to reach the staff. No pool. No breakfast.”
“I didn't like being penalized by Expedia a whole night's cost for canceling one of the room reservations. I didn't like how the facility smelled of mildew. I didn't like how the whirlpool jets didn't work. I didn't like there being no kleenex in the bathroom, no cart for my luggage and no cups in my room. And I didn't like that there was no front desk person to take care of my needs.”
“Parking was a nightmare, people with big trailers took up pretty much the whole parking lot, so we had to find a random spot. Hard to find where our cabin was but once we did, we were happy with how it looked inside. No swimming area outside really. Slippery rocks & no sand. Inside was great, nice towels & beds & amenities. In a good location for people who want to go do a lot of tourist stuff. Cabins are very close to each other be warned.”
“New owners updating the property. But they were very friendly and accommodating. Once the renovations are complete it will be an outstanding place to stay. I would stay there again.”
