The Space:

Begin your morning with a peaceful walk along the golden Chesapeake Bay shore—just steps away. This renovated 1BR apartment is fully equipped for a relaxing stay, whether you're here short or long term.



The living room features a 50" smart TV with free Netflix and Hulu Live, a comfy seating area, and a pop-up coffee table that converts into a desk—perfect for remote work. The stocked kitchen includes cookware, a single-serve K-cup coffee maker (pods provided), and everything needed for dining in. An all-in-one washer/dryer handles small loads, while a full-service laundromat is right next door.



In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen bed with Sojourn’s signature setup: ultra-soft linens, a down feather comforter, gel and feather pillows, blackout curtains, a dresser, a spacious closet, and a 32" smart TV with streaming.



The bathroom boasts a modern walk-in tile shower and Lather bath products for a spa-like touch. Beach towels and chairs are provided.



Cooling is provided by a mini-split system and ceiling fans, with a window unit available on request. The solid concrete building stays naturally cool—even in the summer sun.

A code will be set for you and shared 8 hours before your arrival if you have completed our Truvi identification process.

You’ll find a mix of classic beach cottages, salty shacks, and new builds, all steps from the shore. Willoughby locals are fiercely loyal to their slice of coastal life — where crab traps are common yard décor, beach chairs stay out year-round, and everyone knows the best spot for a fried shrimp basket (hint: it’s probably across the street at the Willoughby Fish House).



Life here moves with the tide: morning walks on 13th View Beach, paddleboarding through the calm bay waters, casting a line off Harrison's Fishing Pier, or biking to Ocean View’s farmer’s market. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Parking Information

Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Policy

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
