This stunning 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is situated in a sanctuary on Chesapeake Bay. It has breathtaking bay views, a private deck, and a fully equipped kitchen. The home can accommodate up to 8 people with one king bed, two twin bunk beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. There's free Netflix and Hulu, and air mattresses can be added for an additional fee.

The Space:
Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars.

Includes a full size washer and dryer in the basement - shared with the downstairs neighbor. This is the top floor of the home and a resident does live below.

Beach essentials included are beach towels and chairs. No other beach essentials indicated by any other marketing channels are included in this listing. The booking platform beach essentials links indicates that snorkeling equipment is a beach essential, we do not provide snorkeling equipment.

You’ll find a mix of classic beach cottages, salty shacks, and new builds, all steps from the shore. Willoughby locals are fiercely loyal to their slice of coastal life — where crab traps are common yard décor, beach chairs stay out year-round, and everyone knows the best spot for a fried shrimp basket (hint: it’s probably across the street at the Willoughby Fish House).

Life here moves with the tide: morning walks on 13th View Beach, paddleboarding through the calm bay waters, casting a line off Harrison's Fishing Pier, or biking to Ocean View’s farmer’s market. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.
