Lyxhotell i Norfolk - Virginia Beach

“Quarto antigo e com muito barulho vindo de fora e música interna. Academia deixa a desejar. Funcionários com pouca simpatia. Minha chave parou de funcionar e fui pedir para reativar e a pessoa me tratou com desrespeito. Tinha ido na academia e estava sem meu passaporte oq óbvio que deixei no quarto e parecia que a pessoa estava me fazendo um enorme favor em resolver algo que foi problema do próprio hotel que por sinal é bem antigo. Bonito por fora, deixa a desejar por dentro.”

“The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”

“Very positive experience in all aspects! Very fresh! Rooms are great! The conference facility is great! Restaurants in the hotel are reall, really good. Room for improvement = breakfast. There is room for improvement there. It is OK, but they could certainly offer a wider selection on the buffet. ”

“I grew up in Virginia Beach and always wanted to stay here after it was built. What a waste of space! The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! ”

“The rooms looked clean, but there was cereal under the sink. The water never got hot, and I hate taking warm showers! I also do not think you should have to pay for parking, especially when you are paying over $600 per night! I do appreciate getting a room at a good location for the Monster truck event. There should also be extra trash bags when you are staying longer than a day. The staff was nice except for the check in person who seemed like she had an attitude and that I was bothering...
