The 2 bed 2 baths apartment is located close to OU Campus, to Norman Regional Hospital, and a short drive from many restaurants and bars.
It is a unit on an apartment complex, a fully furnished apartment with all the modern amenities. CART bus stop on property. Walking distance from the stadium, restaurants, and bars.

Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you.

Other things to note
Guests have access to pools and laundry. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try. Sanitizing Kit is also available at the listing. Guests are only able to cast their phones to TV.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.

No pets or smoking allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, including smoke odor or related items like cigarette butts. This applies to the unit and all common areas.

Location was nice, very close to campus but parking was limited in front of the unit and we had to walk a ways with our luggage to get to the unit. There were only 2 forks in the kitchen, so maybe bring your own if you have more than 2 guests. The entrance to the fourplex was a little run down and the railing on the stairs was shakey, but we got inside the unit easily and it was decorated nicely and clean for the most part. There were lots of options for coffee kcups , but the coffee pot water resoivoir was very slimey so we didn’t try it. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft but the towels looked worn and were mismatched. The first night was quiet and peaceful but our second night the neighbors were very loud and I could hear the guy snoring through the walls. Overall this was a good place for the rate and the location was good, but not sure I would stay here again.

Great set up for a game day at the stadium. One mile walk or ride. Beds are comfortable, area is quiet, owners have been thoughtful with decor and included useful items. We had everything we needed. We will return for sure.

Game Weekend Stay - Great Location!

Had a very pleasant weekend stay here! Was in town for a Sooner game. Loved the location (very close to OU), the cleanliness of the unit, and the ease of the check-in/check-out process! Carmen was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Would recommend!

This apartment was very clean, QUIET, and comfortable. I would stay here again, but we would need to learn how to operate the TV. I have stayed in MANY hotels in my 15 years working for FEMA, but I never ran into a more compicated and unusual TV setup than this one was. That is the only complaint we had during our stay. I highly recommend that the owner leave a detailed instruction sheet on how to operate this system. We never did learn how to get any local channels so we could check local news and weather. The VRBO Manager, Carmen was very acomodating in allowing us to extend our stay an extra two days although the rate oincreased considerably. Still we were happy to get the extra two days. It seemed strange having to stay in a VRBO in our old hometown, but all the family homes extra rooms were otherwise committed.

OU family friendly Solution

This location was perfect for a weekend close to OU campus. Having a place to put your feet up, air conditioned and all the comforts of having a kitchen- we find the stay quiet (even though the road out front can be busy) and the neighbors quiet as well. A full sized washer/dryer is a wonderful solution for those staying longer as it provides the option to pack lightly and reuse your clothes. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms sparkling clean and fresh and the overall accommodations just as nice as what is seen in the pictures. The two bathrooms were great as it allowed for our guests to have their own bathroom as well as we had ours. We do recommend this as a solution for those wanting to stay near OU and have a place to call home away from home. Loved our stay and will return!
