“Smoking bench was right outside front door. Had to walk through smoke to get inside and it wafted into the building as well. Housekeeping left by noon and since we were still there at noon our room did not get cleaned. But overall was still a good hotel.”
“The staff was beyond accomodating and caring. After getting food poisoning from a local restaurant, I had a bad night in the room from being sick. I told the front desk abiout what happened and they helped me out tremendiously and took care of the room for me. I can not say how appreciative I am for them understanding and checking in on me the next day. The place was clean and the manager actually goes and washes out the coffee urn between brewings. If I have to back to Mountain Home I will stay...
