“Our room was so dirty. I mean dirt that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years caked everywhere. I honestly don’t know how this place has the ratings it does. We got in late, so I didn’t take any pictures. However, the floors, light switches, door handle, moulding around the room looked like it had never ever been cleaned. We stayed in a pet friendly room, which shouldn’t mean the room should lack a proper cleaning. I didn’t even want my dog laying on the floor (luckily we brought his bed). I took...

“The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet in our room, and the blanket was torn.
The hotel staff today was helpful and brought us another blanket, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the room still made our stay uncomfortable.”
