“There was no Soap for the shower First thing I requested to refill the container or give a bar of soap. By checkout still no soap for shower. Expedia said I get two free waters. Apparently it is keeping the soap friendly someplace. Best of all on checking in (and buying a non refundable ticket) for shuttle service and old town trolley I wa assured my small dog could come. The shuttle driver refused let us go because not a SERVICE dog. Dog friendly hotel didn’t seem to know that. BTW news to me...

“The breakfast was very well made, the rooms were spotless. Mostly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, all well above "normal"! Everyone working there was happy and showed a genuine desire to help your stay be exceptional!”

“The room was clean but I didn't realize that the bathroom had no inner shower curtain so when I took a shower water went all over the floor and I had to use most of the towels to clean it up.”
