Hotell i Norra Illinois

“First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t”

“Clean, easy parking, next to Cindy restaurant. Great food.”

“Kort övernattning på väg mot Chicago. Slitet hotell. Tråkig frukost.”

“Good experience”

“Our location was perfect to visit family nearby. Room and breakfast were good. Close to shopping. Had a couple maintenance items but reported to staff.”

“Nice and Clean hotel”

“Nice place, spacious room, good common area in lobby. Good location. We’ll be back.”

“Excellent venue, great value and delicious dinner in the sports book”

“Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was great and just very peaceful atmosphere”

“The whole place was extremely nice, very nice welcoming staff. Only complaint was that the pool heater wasn’t working correctly.”

“Room was clean. Front staff were kind and friendly. Like that there are 2 places you can grab food without having to leave the property (after a long drive, I’m glad we didn’t have to get back in the vehicle for the night). Great place to stay in the area IMO especially when passing through. I would stay there again”

“Staff was very attentive and helpful with any concerns. Unfortunately, during the stay there was disruptive service with the Wi-Fi. It caused frequent drop offs/ loss connection. Beyond that issue, accommodations were great. A two night stay was planned, but had to be shortened. Would have loved to stay longer. Galena is full of unique shops, diners and historical sights. Definitely Recommend!”
