“The service is excellent, but the mattresses and sofa bed are in poor condition—the sofa bed is broken. The room is not worth the price I paid; it was an unpleasant experience. I would rate the person who handled our check-in 10 stars, but I would rate the customer service of the person at check-out as 4 stars.”

She is very friendly, knowledgeable and offered to help us if we had any questions or needed anything at all. She made us feel appreciated. “It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning was questionable because there was a small kid toy on the floor when we walked in and a wash cloth thrown onto the TV stand.”

“The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...

Dålig information i receptionen gällande parkering. Men det löste sig. Finns gott om allmän parkering kring boendet. Jag gillade inte rummets design med rör och ledningar i taket, det kändes ruffigt. “This property exceeded my expectations. The room was so large, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool was huge and the hot tub was large and so relaxing! I would stay at this property again without reservation! The location was convenient to where I needed to go and the scenery in the immediate area was lovely.”

“Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists.”
