“Room was hot, did not matter if the AC was on or not. The front office did give us a fan. The hair dryer barely worked. The breakfast area is right smack in front of the check in desk. There is no room to eat.”
“As others have mentioned, I found the need to sit and have a warm towel and a beverage while waiting to check in (which I'd already done online) to be a bit odd. I understand the manager (owner?) wants guests to feel they've been welcomed as he walks them to their room and explains the mini-store etc, but we just wanted to get to our room and change and get out to our event. The hotel was very clean. Our toilet was not seated properly and we brought it to their attention and were notified...
“I was pleasantly impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the inn. It ranks as one of the cleanest and neatest places I have stayed. The property is lovely and very well maintained. The setting and the inn are very relaxing. The included breakfast has a lot of choices; including some of their bakery items. It is our hope to return again.”
