“Third stay at TVC and rooms have always been immaculate and comfortable. I love the High Steaks restaurant - always fantastic food. Check in process is a little lengthy, but staff is always friendly and everything else is great.”

“First room has a coffee cup with old milk and coffee in it. The couch had some greasy substance in it. The bath tub was nasty the lights for the bed area flickered off and on. We went down to the reception desk and was told “did you call?” We said no we came came down to report it! Then he said “go back to your room”. Um why “just please go back to your maybe some can go to your room.” We waited no one came. We returned later when there was new staff. They were full and couldn’t move us....
“There were no laundry bags in the room, but they gave them to me when requested. The breakfast staff, Eric and Nizona, were very kind and helpful. We have stayed here before and will again.”
“I like that there was a microwave in the room and refrigerator. The staff was very nice and helpful. When we came back from dinner our TV was still not connecting. Our TV was not working properly. There was a cable missing so I suggested to replace the cord fom an empty room versus us moving to another room since we were aready unpacked. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.”
“The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was newly renovated with a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the pool in the evening, which came with a view of local wildlife including deer and a flock of wild turkeys!”
