Before our trip, we emailed the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late because we were driving all the way from Sweden. We received a reply reminding us that, according to the hotel’s policy, the reception closes at 11:00 PM, so we were very stressed and did everything we could to arrive before then.

“Great hotel, had a great stay. Nothing to complain about. Very close to the airport, the people working there were very helpful, , room was great (and I had an airpirt view which I especially appreciated), bed was big and comfortable and social areas were great. Would definitely stay here if I transfer at Schipol in the future.”

I think the staff just needs to be aware of them less positive below. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel and fresh, big rooms. All staff was very helpful and friendly. Very beautiful area. Easy to get to Amsterdam C (35 ish minutes) you can relax a bit in the train.

“The transfer from the airport was great and the room was small but sufficient. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The only drawbacks were that the towels after usage smelled wet dog and the third upper bed was not prepared.”
