"JÀttefint och stort rum. Bra stÀdning och gott kaffe pÄ rummet. Dock var sÀngarna vÀldigt hÄrda. Det var negativt. Underbar pool och bubbelpool fanns att tillgÄ. VÀldigt bra lÀge pÄ hotellet."

"Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first minute we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that we immediately knew this would be a special experience. What truly made our stay unforgettable were two incredible staff members â Melody and Rebecca & Ethan. They went above and beyond in every possible way and made us feel more like honorerad guests than regular visitors. Their service was absolutely flawless, but what stood out even more was who they were as people â kind, attentive, genuine, and incredibly thoughtful. No request was ever too much, and they always made sure we were comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. They noticed even the smallest details and constantly did that little extra that turns a great hotel stay into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Honestly, it felt like they were personal assistants, luxury concierge experts, and close friends all in one. Their energy, kindness, and dedication completely elevated our experience, and they are a huge reason why our stay was so memorable. Four Seasons is already known for luxury, but Melody and Rebecca are the true definition of world-class hospitality. We have stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but this experience was on another level. Thanks to Melody and Rebecca, our time in Beijing. Absolut loved four seasons. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all the facility needed in one room."

"Bra service och fint första intryck med en trivsam lobby. Incheckningen fungerade smidigt och personalen var trevlig. Rummet var rymligt men lever tyvĂ€rr inte upp till femstjĂ€rnig standard. Det kĂ€ndes nĂ„got slitet och var inte helt vĂ€lstĂ€dat dĂ„ det fanns damm pĂ„ vissa ytor. Det största problemet var dock temperaturen. Trots varmt vĂ€der (runt 25 grader ute nĂ„gra dagar) var luftkonditioneringen inte igĂ„ng, vilket gjorde att rummet höll 23â24 grader under hela vistelsen. PĂ„ ett hotell i denna klass bör inomhusklimatet styras av faktisk temperatur, inte kalenderdatum."
