“Booked for 4 but only 3 beds had to play 25 for an extra bed”

“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

“Nice location AC unit did t work and the room was pretty hot. Little to no air circulation. Had to sleep with the door open it got so hot. (Yes, we had all 2 windows completely open.)”
