“Booked this room for our niece and her partner and they loved everything about the room and their view from the top floor! Staff was extremely helpful and kind and made it easy for me to reserve & pay for them for the holidays!! Started snowing on 24th Dec and made for a beautiful Holiday together! “The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. ”
