“Didn’t like the room doors were outside so every day you had to kill the bugs coming into the room when you opened the door.
Most staff was friendly except the one at the breakfast hour. Very rude, unfriendly and seam like she hated her job. Snapped at us for asking about the pancake machine.”
“There was a used microfiber towel on my nightstand when I checked in and sticky stuff on the desk in the room. I have low expectations for hotel breakfasts in general, and these failed to meet even that. No service inside the hotel, yet the second you walk outside you have full bars. It’s like they block service so you have to connect to their WiFi.”
“Upon arriving my room wasn’t ready. Seems like the room I booked was sold prior to my arrival so I was given a double queen room. The bathroom was filthy with hair still left in the shower and sat left on the floor.”
