“The property has a great location for downtown Elko but the shower was terrible the sink faucet moved when you turned the water on and the drain was plugged so the water wouldn’t drain properly the room was clean but h the entire property was not well maintained so many simple things throughout the buildings that some cleaning or touch up paint would take care of . The room was nice and big though. The staff was nice .”

“The staff was attentive and the rooms where clean”

Called the hotel desk and was treated rudely and they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee for this room since a dog was in a no pets room. I had to move to a completely different building that was run down and dirty. ...
