“The Hotel in general needs an update. Friendly frontdesk but standard of the room was very poor. Broken Windows and broken door. Old and dirty carpet. Procent not relevant to the poor standard. ”

“I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. “The staff was really helpful and nice. The free breakfast has a ton of options and made it easy to start the day. Location was less than 10 minutes to the HOF which was awesome. Indoor pool was key for a trip upstate in April - kids loved it. Overall a stress-free, hospitable stay and again, great staff.”
