“This is my second visit all the staff can't do enough for you i had to ring and inform them I was going to be late checking in as I had problems they told me that was OK they even kept the restaurant open”
“Had a lovely stay for a wedding just around the corner from the hotel. The elderly couple running the hotel were lovely and the hotel has immense character. However the amenities were perhaps not quite what I was hoping for. It was very hot in July when I stayed there and the AC was barely working, hence the room was very warm, resulting in poor sleep. Overall good stay, but not quite what I was hoping for for the price.”

Our host was extremely accessible and helpful, the apartment was spacious and spotless, and the location was easy to get to and in the center of Orta San Giulio, Cannobio and Stresa (we took the ferry, which is a few km from the front door. So, why ONLY 99.99%.? More a caution than a complaint to eliminate any surprise for future guests…we drove a Toyota Yaris, a small, economical rental. “Perfekt hotell inför vår tidiga flygresa. Allt fanns och hotellet var trevligt och personalen hjälpsam. Restaurangen var så fin och välbesökt och på morgonen serverades en god frukost som vi hann äta innan chauffören kom och hämtade upp oss för att skjutsa oss till flygplatsen.”
