We could've sat on the porch overlooking this view for hours, had it not been for the many activities that we needed to undertake in the area. The food was great too. The rooms had room for four people, which we didn't know, so we booked two "rooms" for four people. Could have saved us some money had we known.”

Liked...the big rooms with view of volcano from bed. The vast manmade pools as well as the water slide are highlights like a waterpark. The activity center seems engaging, we didn't do many besides the big cat feeding. It was a spectacular experience seeing with the animals.
What we didn't like... feels like staff here was lacking around the pool area and never left their bar nest. Also compared...
