“The room was clean and spotless. There was a small kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was pleasant and courteous for the Christmas season. My only concerns was the long wait with the valet service for the car which varied between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day.”

“Massive construction in the area, but a necessary upgrade I’m sure ”

“The room felt old and dirty. The breakfast was just sweet bread and other pastry bought at a wholesale. The bathtub was old and dirty. Repainted once upon a time and that pain has now started to fade. We realized the drains in the bathtub / shower didn't work properly when me and my 3 old son was gonna try the pool and needed to shower in our own room before. My son slipped and needed to go to the ER. There was no safety precautions for the bathtub. No bathtub mats or similar. ”
