Tried to put us in regular rooms on second floor, which was a problem for me when it came to showering and safety in an evacuation.Blamed 3rd.party scheduling (Expedia?) for mistake and said accessible rooms are more expensive than what we paid!! “Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent for hotel coffee and the location was very convenient. We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now.”

“The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! ”
