“I BOOKED A SUITE THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO SLEEP 5, ONLY HAD 1 BED. TRIED TO SWITCH BUT THEY WERE NOT ACCOMODATING,. HAD A ROOM AVAILABLE FOR SATURDAY NIGHT BUT i WOULD HAVE TO SPEND ANOTHER $230 IN ADDITION TO THE SUITE. THEY ONLY REFUNDED ME WHEN MY DAUGHTER CHECKED IN AND THE BED HAD A HUGE DIP IN IT.THE ROOM SATURDAY NIGHT HAD CRUMBS AND GRASS IN IT. i WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. THEY INDICATED IT WAS EXPEDIA'S FAULT FOR SAYING IT SLEPT 5. IT WAS NOT EXPEDIA'S FAULT FOR HAVING A DIRTY BED”
“Expected better, from the outside appearance looked like a really nice place to stay. Went to take a shower only to find soap and shampoo were completely empty, had to find someone to replace them. The complimentary breakfast was okay but the lady didn’t really fill anything unless you asked, watched several people trying to get coffee that was empty until one of them said something. There was a group that was using the lobby for a get together and when checking out the beer bottles and trash...
“The location of the resort is ideal for the traveling fishermen! The spot offers a convenient shopping plaza with a bait shop and grocery store, within walking distance. The resort is pet friendly, offers breakfast, has an indoor waterpark (currently being renovated; hot tub and pool are open), breakfast. The rooms are great, but can get pretty tight if you have a large group. Overall, I’m happy with the stay.”
