Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (1: 140x200 cm bed, 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm) and separate WC.

Amenities included: cot/high chair/baby gate and cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Wi-Fi is being installed. Included: electricity, electric heating, and bed linen.
