“The ONLY reason I would go back to this hotel, would be because of Louisa. She was one of the hotel managers that needed to help me with a situation that transpired. She handled it with such grace and ease. REALLY SPOKE VOLUMES. Nothing is perfect, and the carbon alarm in my room went off late at night, but she was there to rectify ANY NEEDS that I expressed.

“I wanna first write that there were bed bugs. I have a picture of one of the bed bugs
I asked Expedia to message the property to see if they could give us a refund or a discount since someone was bit, by the bed bug and we got denied. Hotel staff was very rude. I am very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend to anybody and hope.The staff is a little bit more friendly to your guys' next customers.”
