Enjoy free outdoor movie nights right on the sand in North Beach throughout the summer season — perfect for families, couples, and weekend beach travelers. Bring your blankets and chairs for a relaxing movie night by the Chesapeake Bay.

First Fridays on the Boardwalk
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Bay Avenue, between 3rd and 7th Street
North Beach's biggest monthly community event — DJ music, classic cars, food trucks, beer and wine vendors, local artisans, and free beach access. A lively bayside night out, rain or shine.

Held at 9010 Chesapeake Ave from April through October, the North Beach Farmers' Market features fresh local produce, baked goods, seafood, crafts, and small-town coastal charm — perfect for a weekend stroll by the bay.

We provide 2 complimentary beach passes with your stay! Each beach pass allows entry for up to 5 guests, making your beach days even easier and more convenient.

Please note: beach passes must be returned upon check-out. Lost or missing passes will incur a $100 replacement fee.


Other things to note

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
