“Spaciousness and view the best things. Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress.”

“The thing that stood out to me is the kind housekeeping and food service staff. Please give them all recognition for the great work. Came to Asheville to celebrate our 25 hear anniversary and I booked a place in Black Mountain and that didn’t work out. I had concerns about that place so we needed a safe/nice place at the last minute. I booked at this hotel via Expedia and everything was smooth and perfect.
