The Space:

We believe in transparency and want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. It's our pleasure to share that our charming urban retreat is conveniently located just off Spruill Ave. While it's not a heavily trafficked street, there may be occasional sounds of passing cars. For your comfort, we provide sound machines in both bedrooms!



We want to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests, and if you're a very light sleeper, we want to be upfront that this may not be the best choice for you. However, if you're seeking a tranquil urban oasis with a touch of city life, we invite you to join us and experience the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.



Easy Check-In: You can breeze through check-in with the convenience of a keypad on the front door, allowing you to start your stay hassle-free.



Restful Sleep: Rest assured, all our beds are furnished with comfortable mattresses and pillows to ensure you have a rejuvenating night's sleep. Freshly made beds await your arrival, along with clean towels and bathroom essentials for your comfort.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement

For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.



The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Video Camera located near the Front Door.





Local Booking Policy



To maintain the comfort and security of our neighborhood, we require that the primary guest lives at least 40 miles from the property. Bookings from within a 40-mile radius are not accepted without prior written approval from the host.



A government-issued ID matching your profile address will be verified at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to hosting you! 😊



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
