This dog-friendly, four-bedroom home offers two living rooms, a game room, an epic stone fireplace, and space for the whole family. Outside, soak in the hot tub beneath glowing string lights, gather around the expansive fire pit, and listen to the river below. With a king suite, flexible sleeping spaces, and mountain charm, every stay feels special all year round.

Step inside and the showstopping stone fireplace immediately takes center stage. Rising through the main great room, it creates the perfect gathering place for slow mornings, cozy evenings, and après-ski drinks by the fire. With two separate living rooms, everyone has room to spread out—the second lounge even connects to a dedicated game room for a little friendly competition.

Outside, the property becomes its own woodland playground. Listen to the river rushing below the house, gather around the expansive fire pit beneath the trees, or sink into the private hot tub tucked beneath the upper deck. String lights glow overhead, creating a magical place to unwind after a day spent hiking, skiing, shopping, or exploring the White Mountains.

With four bedrooms and multiple gathering spaces, the home is designed for families and groups traveling together:

The private primary suite features a king bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms include one queen room and another spacious room with both a queen and full bed, connected by a shared bathroom. The lower level offers an additional bedroom with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunks—an ideal setup for another family or the kids. An additional bathroom is conveniently located on the main living level.

Bring the whole family—including the dog—and enjoy the best of both worlds: the privacy and peacefulness of a wooded mountain escape with all the excitement of North Conway close at hand.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. *You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
*Up to 2 pets allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.
*The top bunk is for children only.
*Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
*The fire pit is available when there is no snow on the ground. *Firewood is provided for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
*Please remove shoes and ski equipment before entering the home.
*We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
*Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
*An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
*Cooling: mini splits (main floor and primary suite) window units in upstairs bedrooms.
Property note: This home is located on Artist Brook; however, there is no direct river access as it is down a very steep embankment.
*Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service with all proceeds going to a local non-profit.
