Our family enjoyed a fabulous few days in North Conway at this property. Key features are great location and scenic surroundings, access to a clean and perfect temperature pool and spacious and comfortable living accommodation. We would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend others to do so.

The house was spotless. Beds super comfortable! My only issue is that the AC was very loud portable units in 2 bedrooms and living area. There was no AC in attic room and it was sooo hot nobody could sleep there. The basement was nice but no ac and the portable unit vented to cellar. It was oppressive.

This townhouse is updated inside and was very clean when we arrived.Paul does a great job of communicating thru email.Complex has a great pool and very quiet/peaceful.We would give 5 stars but the loft/3rd floor has no a/c only a skylight so it's very hot even with the fans provided and the basement could use a dehumidifier very muggy down there.Also keep in mind you have to make the beds upon arriving and wash the sheets/towels before you leave.Wifi is great and kitchen is fully equipped.

Great for a family getaway

This property is very well kept, very clean, very comfortable and offers ample amenities. There was plenty of space for our family and communication with the owner was helpful and pleasant. The community pool on the property was lovely during the summer and it was a short and easy ride to everything North Conway has to offer! We were glad to have this rental be our home base for our vacation.

Great property/location

Everything was great. One suggestion is to have more up front notification that laundry is not included in the cleaning fee. When the listing says linens available it’s not clear that laundering them is not part of cleaning fee. That’s my only “complaint”. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great location and plenty of space for families

This is our second time staying at this condo, and our family loves it. The location is great, and it is a very welcoming environment in this residential area. The kids loved the pool, and also the foosball table in the basement. We liked having multiple levels of space for our family of 5. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains and it is very peaceful.

This is our third trip to this condo. The location is within easy access to so many amenities. The layout of the condo provides enough room and space for adults and kids to enjoy. Cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a family get away!

Exceptional stay for a Mom and Son ski trip!

We couldn’t be happier with the accommodations and location of our weekend ski weekend. Plenty of room for 3 moms and 3 teen boys to hang out, play games, and make dinner together. The upstairs loft and basement with fuse ball and video game consoles was a plus for the teens! Short drive to Bretton Woods and very close to North Conway restaurants. Also enjoyed a snowy hike to Dianas Baths only a few minutes away. Owner Paul was very communicative and responsive. Looking forward to a retun visit!

Sister's weekend

After a few problems that we were able to take care of with Paul, we had a great time! For the most part the property was very clean, well located and supplied. If we are looking for somewhere in North Conway, we would definitely consider this.

Great stay!

Every year we do a big family vacation with 4 adults and 4 kids. This was the perfect location and house. The condo was great with a loft for the kids and (2) bedrooms with AC. The first floor had a great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals), dining and living room. The kids liked having a space to play in the basement and the field out back was perfect to run and play in. We appreciated the folding chairs to bring out to the deck and for an extra seat at the table. The little touches make a good stay great! You can see the pool from the front door and the kids loved it. The complex is great to ride bikes in or take a walk. We were close to North Conway, hiking trails, and many activities when we wanted to get out and explore. Paul was quick to answer when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Family fun in North Conway

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child (4). There was plenty of room for all of us. Due to,severe allergies we cook must of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use.

4th of July 2024 Stay

We enjoyed our three nights stay over the 4th of July 2024. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice view from the living room and deck. The pool was just a 1 minute walk from the unit. The location is a bit out from the center of town but we appreciated how peaceful it was. Paul, the owner of the unit, was responsive. We appreciated the air conditioners in the first and second floor bedrooms. The only downside was the loft sleeping for kids was extremely hot. I had the one skylight window open and fans going but it was still hot. My only suggestion was to somehow vent a portable AC unit out the window in the loft. Older kids may feel more comfortable sleeping in the basement. It was cooler down there. There was a futon and tv/games and direct outside access to a nice grassy area. They had loads of bikes for guest's use. The girls took a couple for a spin around the complex. Thank you Paul for a nice stay.
