Hot Tub weekend
The property was just as advertised. We stuck the teenagers in the basement and they had their own space to watch TV or play games. The property was in a convenient location to downtown North Conway. We got in the Hot tub every chance we got and had some wonderful quality time as family.

Great location and home
The house was nice and comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms and living space were all very nice though the house had poor lighting. When I arrived I had to replace 2 light bulbs and 2 smoke detector batteries and the kitchen lights did not turn on. I called the management company and they said they would send someone but they never did. I lived without kitchen lights for 3 nights, frustrating.

Comfortable and spacious home
We rented the house for an adult group trip. We really appreciated that every bedroom had a double or larger, and the common spaces were very large, and accommodated us more than comfortably. It snowed while we were there, and the property management company stayed in touch with us about how to access the roads and get a plow service. In addition, one of us forgot some thing after check out, and the property management company was very responsive And helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to a group of friends, or even a large and extended family.

Girls weekend
This house was perfect for a weekend getaway catching up with old friends! Within a 10 min drive to the outlets, hiking trails, Saco river, and Cranmore Mountain. A quick 25 min ride to the Fryberg Fair as well. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and we really want the hot tub after long days of being out and about.

We had a wonderful stay. There was one problem with driveway and plowing. Hopefully that will be corrected. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

Beautiful location in Conway
This house was beautiful. Immaculate condition when we walked in. Bathroom and bedrooms are perfectly set up with the right amenities. The kitchen comes fully stocked. Perfect for a family getaway or even a girls weekend. I would stay here again and again.

Red Ridge Disappointment
Let me begin by saying Red Ridge is basically a nice large home with comfortable furnishings. However the place could use a deep clean. Cutlery was dirty ( the d/w filter needs cleaning). The two tea towels were dingy and stained. Placemats were sticky. When we opened the windows the space between glass and screens was full of insects and debris. Most screens need replacing. The patio screen door latch is broken and the track is so dirty we could hardly open it. The bathroom sinks are clogged and slow to drain. The hinges on several kitchen cupboards need tightening because the doors are practically falling off. TV remotes are missing or impossible to find and some of the TVs don’t work. Only two of the four bbq burners work. The hot tub was completely cloudy and murky and unfit to use. This special feature was the reason we chose this listing. When I reported this to Vacasa the next morning the response was that a repair ticket would be sent out. No one came during the next five days of our stay. This is a big home quite nicely furnished but the management company is not keeping the home to the standards advertised. I have rented from VRBO many times before but have always dealt directly with an owner. This is my first time there has been an intermediary. If this is an example of the service provided by Vacasa it leaves much to be desired. They did reimburse me the $90 hot tub fee but this means little to two disappointed teens.

Great Rental For Families
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the town center. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is a bit older and didn’t get as hot as we would have liked, but the kids enjoyed it. Very well laid out home with a nice area for kids to hang out downstairs. Great value for the space and would recommend.

Perfect location!
The house was exactly as it was in the pictures. Very clean and had plenty of everything (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) The location was perfect, very close to shopping, echo lake, cathedral ledge, and Diana’s Bath. Even though it was only a short 10 minute ride to town, we felt like we were secluded in the white mountains. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely stay here again if it were available!

All the Conway
The sliding screen doors and vertical blinds had seen better days, and the primary bed room’s toilet chain needed to be adjusted most of the time, but these (and the gypsy moths) were minor inconveniences that didn’t overshadow a nicely organized and situated vacation home that was a great fit for my family and friends with comfy beds and furniture, and a great mountain view.

Spacious Quiet area with a beautiful view
We spent the weekend here for our daughters birthday with some friends and family. The house is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not get on each others nerves. The house is clean and comfortable. We had all of the amenities of being at home but being away. The only down fall is the amount of caterpillars in the area which isn’t anyone’s fault! That’s just nature! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice view up to date rental minor issues
Besides the main floor toilet over flooding and the hot water not working that same night and next morning I honestly thought it was a good rental. The place was extremely clean and up to date. Hot tub was great with a view of the mountains. Close to downtown so location was great. Spacious house. Management team responded and acted quickly to our issues. Sometimes things just break in a home.

Annual family ski trip
We loved the property. It is great for families. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. The icemaker was not working and there were no ice cube trays so that was a small issue. Also, the toilet in the master bedroom did not flush well but may have been an issue from recent visitors. We definitely would stay at this home again.

Tradition continues
My lifetime girlfriends and I have done a “Winter Trip” since we were 10 and we are now all 40 with husbands and kiddos—the tradition continues! Owner was very kind and responsive, couple little things needed some tlc but thag happens when a place is rented often. 15 min from Cranmore and the hot tub was AMAZING!! Great trip with “framily” and lotsa memories:)

Poor Management!
I have been renting from Home away (currently vrbo) for over a decade and we have always had good experiences. However, unfortunately for the first time in this property I saw things that were upsetting. The management views this business as a landlord-tenant arrangement, as opposed to a host-guest arrangement. Beside the number of calls that I had to make so that they can verify my identity (!!!) I had to make multiple calls for check-in instructions and to ask for trash bags, and dishwasher detergents! Please don't make your guests miserable to save a few bucks. A trash bag costs 10 cents, and little bit more of dishwasher and laundry detergent will not cost more than a dollar. Feel free to charge for such items or at least let your guests know in advance so that they bring their own things, but don't make them drive around on a Christmas day looking for an open store. Oh, and if you are staying here, remember to bring your own firewood as they only provide the fireplace!!! It's OK if your freezer stays at room temperature or the toilet flush does not properly function, it's even fine that you have the latest check-in (4pm) and earliest check-out (10am), but at least please consider more polite interactions with your guests.

2020 Family NH getaway
The house itself was as we expected and laid out pretty well. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to cook in at the same time. A few negatives that spoiled our long weekend: 1) The mattress in the master bedroom is HORRIBLE and needs to be replaced. It is like sleeping in a bowl. 2) The icemaker in the refrigerator was not working properly on our first day of arrival and by the second/third day it was not working at all and would not make ice; necessitating us to purchase ice. 3) the coffee maker was inoperable on the first morning when we tried to make coffee. I did buy a replacement, which the mgmt. company reimbursed me for. 4) Upon our arrival, the lamps in the bedrooms (only one in each room by the way) had to be plugged in by crawling under the bed(s). Next time we are looking to rent a house in that area we will not rent that home.

New Hampshire Getaway
Check in time is scheduled for 4pm. When we arrived at 4, cleaning crew was still there. At 4:30 when we were able to get in, we were told previous tenants loaded the dishwasher with dirty dishes and the dishwasher was broke and couldn't be run. Repair would occur the next day. A repairman was unable to be confirmed to come all week. As a result; stinky, dirty dishes remained there all week. We were offered and given a small credit for this inconvenience. Hot tub was great. Very clean. View of mountain from hot tub is great.

Great Location & Getaway
This was a great space for friends and family. Master bedroom perfect for family of four, while downstairs was able to keep friends comfortable and entertained. Hot tub and deck provided a nice relaxing environment for adults as long as quiet hours were adhered to as this is a residential neighborhood where locals do live and have jobs to get to during the week. Very close to all north country attractions.

I received a text message 4 hours prior to check in from property manager that the hot tub is not available for use and I would be refunded a whopping $75. Unacceptable. We arrived to the property. Nice on the outside. Once we got in, we see dead bugs EVERY WHERE. Dog hair on the couch. The grill was filthy, I had to remove the grates and scrub them down to use it (still dirty, did the best I could). Empty propane tank. No light on the patio. No patio umbrella. Ice machine in the fridge didn’t work. Private balcony was disgusting. Bugs were coming in, not sure from where. One window AC for a 2000sq ft house. I texted the property manager about the grill, she came right away. Issue fixed. Then I mentioned the hot tub. She was able to leave a hose for us to fill it and she would stop by the next day with a filter and chemicals for the water. A different person showed up the next day with stuff for the hot tub. We mentioned the light on patio and he went out to get the bulb for us, but left the basement door to the garage wide open. Creepy. This house has a lot of potential, but there are little things that needs to be fixed. Also, for $175 cleaning fee I expected the place to be much cleaner. Just separate the couch cushion from the frame and you’ll see a nice wall dust. On the plus side, I can say there were plenty of towels for us to use, washer & dryer is very convenient (bring your own detergent). The neighborhood is very quiet. Overall good time, but we would not book this location.

Amazing place to stay!
This home was beautiful. Really spacious and clean as well. The hot tub functioned well and the fireplace was nice and toasty. Great view from the living room and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was updated and most importantly, the coffee maker was fully functional. All in all, you get exactly what you see in the pictures. Clearly a well maintained and well managed property. I look forward to coming back next winter.

Excellent Ski House

Beautiful home! Lots of sleeping options. The hot tub was so relaxing after the long cold day at Santas Village. The games were a hit for the kids. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean.My only two negatives are, there is no outside light on deck where hot tub is. We had to bring a lamp out everytime. And secondly, I filled the jacuzzi tub in the master bath and the water was clear. As soon as I turned on the jets there were particles in the tub. Otherwise overall, great ace to stay.

Problem with hornet nests on property
We were very happy with most of the property. We did have a problem with hornets at the property and although maintenance tried to fix the problem we were not able to go outside on the deck and use the hot tub which was the reason we rented this property. I think this should have been handled differently when I wrote to Vacas after our stay. We ere told not to go out on the deck by maintenance yet we were still charged a hot tub fee.

Perfect for our family of 7
House perfect. Plenty of room for all of us including 5 little kids. Beds comfy, house is super clean. Only thing we could not figure out was the main tv. (I am sure it is something simple that we just oversaw) We could not get it to connect to the cable. Loved this house, hope to be back again next year!

Great Weekend Rental
Overall, we had a great weekend at the house! It was very clean and exactly as pictured in the photos. The location was a bit off the beaten path and it was a bit confusing to get out of the neighborhood and to the main road. It was about 13 minutes to the shops & restaurants in N. Conway Village. We loved the hot tub...it was hot, clean, and worked great! We loved sitting out of the patio and looking at the beautiful view. Plenty of space and beds for a party of 8. Lots of towels, blankets, and great kitchen supplies. Make sure you bring everything you need...spices, salt, pepper, paper towels, sugar, foil etc. We did use the grill. It does need to be cleaned and as a result, the flames were very high...so be careful when grilling and make sure to pull the grill away from the house. My only complaint was that the sheets in the master bedroom did smell a bit sweaty, but fortunately there were extra clean sheets to use. The master bedroom was huge and had a futon that served as an extra bed. There is a balcony off the bedroom, but it was in the shade and there wasn't much of a view, so we did not use that. The dryer was a plus for wet bathing suits and towels! Overall, we enjoyed the house and the management company was very responsive. Would recommend and rent again.

Love.
This home was perfect for our 2 night getaway. We loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day, with mountain view. Diana's Baths (close!) was our absolute fav, but go early or later, parking was a little rough. Lower falls, echo lake, downtown N Conway are also close. We had a great time. Bring your own salt and pepper though! Would stay here again!
