    Located in beautiful Kearsarge Woods in North Conway, NH is this gem is just waiting to be discovered! With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeping for 10 people, an open concept living/dining area and great lower level for kids and "big kids"! There is plenty of space to spread out and relax after a fun day in the Valley!

    As you enter into this home you are greeted with a large mudroom, perfect for storing your skis or summer gear. Just off the mudroom is the open concept living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and dining area with seating for 6. The living room features a beautiful stone fire place with newly installed wood stove insert, comfy sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The main level also includes a bedroom with queen bed and large closet and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with queen bed, crib and a large closet, full bathroom and a loft space with 2 twin size bunk beds. A second small loft can be accessed from a ladder in the hallway, this space is a perfect little reading nook or kids hang out space. The finished lower level has a second kitchen, bedroom with full size bed, family room with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV and Foosball table, full bathroom with shower and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

    During the summer months, guests can enjoy the association in-ground pool and tennis courts.

    ***RESTRICTIONS: NO PETS / NO SMOKING. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED BY THE ASSOCIATION, $500.00 FINE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE. PARKING INCLUDES 2 SPACES, OVERFLOW PARKING AVAILABLE***

    Second Level: Bedroom with queen bed and crib, full bathroom, loft with 2 twin size bunk beds.

    Loft: Reading nook or kids hangout space.

    Lower Level: Kitchen, bedroom with full bed, family room with flat screen TV and Foosball table, full bathroom with shower and laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

    Available for weekend and weekly rentals spring, summer and fall. Also available for winter ski season from November 1 - May 5 (Please call for details)

Perfect location, just up the road from Cranmore and in the same complex as our friends. Fit our 3 families perfectly with plenty of room to both spread out and gather. Kids loved the gameroom. And they graciously let us extend our check out time. Select Real-estate was easy to communicate with and made checking in a breeze.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Kearsarge Woods. Condo was clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time playing games by the fire. We enjoyed family time at the bar downstairs with fooseball and darts. Only issue was the TV downstairs did not work. Select Realty is extremely helpful and flexible. We would rent at this location again.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has an excellent location to the mountain and town of North Conway. However, it is very outdated and tired looking. The beds were ok. There we no supplies to make our stay a bit more comfortable such as, extra toilet paper, paper towels or laundry detergent. We had to go buy a fair amount of supplies for our 4 night stay. It is a spacious condo and plenty of room to spread out but does not have air conditioning. We couldn't use the lower level due to a strong musty smell. The pool was great! Very well maintained and quiet, we really enjoyed the pool.

Dont rent in summer if you are a hot person

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is very dusty and spiders webs are in the lamps. Deck and entrance are dirty. Grill has a tiny tank, parking is super inconvenient for older and younger people, pool was closed in a hot month like June is( and was not info to us), down stairs is humid, moldy, careful if u have allergies, no AC and it was too hot at night time to sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice and clean place. The location is great if you have a car and want to be close to the city but in the woods. The kitchen is fully equiped.We enjoyed the place very much!The 2 bunk beds are on second floor but in one open place with the first floor living room. if you use only the 3 double bed rooms the place is perfect but if you need to use the bunk beds - they are not in a sperate room but part of the living room.

Great stay, just a few issues!

Overall the house was great for our family. There are a few issues that should be addressed. The keys to the door are difficult to lock/unlock, they need to be jiggled several times before it works. The Kuerig machine is extremely loud and need to be replaced, as well as the crock pot which did not work. The downstairs kitchen was unusable as the dehumidifier is connected and set up in the kitchen sink. Also I would agree with the other renter that said there was a smell and there are car air freshners all around the house. Downstairs TV did not connect and was unusable. Lastly the pictures should be updated. The downstairs room does not have bunk beds as shown, there is just a couch. Overall the house was a good fit for our family. We had plenty of room to stretch out. The location is great!

A pretty good place that could use some improvements

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this property had some pluses and minuses. The location was wonderful and is close to some very nice walking trails that it abuts and the pool is well maintained. The other property owners are friendly. It is very quiet and peaceful. The downsides are the smell of the unit. The bottom floor smelled so terrible we could not use it. When I walked in, I saw several plugged in air fresheners on the main floor. I do not like artificial smells, so I unplugged them. The bottom level, which has a second kitchen, game area, TV and bedroom smelled of petroleum, air fresheners and was very damp/musty. They literally had several car air fresheners hanging downstairs plus 3 or four other air fresheners open. Even trying to keep the downstairs sliding door open while we were home was not enough. Thankfully, we did not need the bedroom downstairs and could just stay on the upper two levels, but I was disappointed we couldn't use this space. The grill was also filthy, old and the igniter doesn't work. They don't supply propane. You have to bring your own little green Coleman propane bottles, which I wish I would have known in advance. We had to scrub it ourselves, empty all the grease trays and go buy a lighter, since there was none in the unit. The other disappointment is that you have to drive 10 minutes south of the property (which was out of our way) to go get the keys and then you have to return them there, and the keys didn't even work. The locks were sticky so the property manager had to give me the key to the lock box right outside the property to get in and out.All in all, I'm not sure I would stay there again, mostly because of the smell...but the location is great and if you don't need the lower bedroom it is certainly big enough with just the two levels.
