“Great service from the room staff and restaurants. Food is good from the Pub and room service since dining room is off limits to pet people. Quiet setting with chill but not boring vibe. Pet rooms are on lower level but you get a view of the bay. ”

“We got in extremely late and took a cab ($37 before tip) from Nanaimo's Cassidy Airport. Hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and organized. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast at the Ricky's restaurant on-site in the morning, so don't know what the complimentary continental breakfast was like. The cab to downtown Nanaimo in the morning was just under $10. Overall, an excellent experience, and we'd definitely stay there again. ”
