“Enjoyed the stay but it was noisy trying to get to sleep in the cottage room and I’m curious as to why there were only 9 loungers in the spa but there are 60 bedrooms ? I had to sit on a chair .. not really the spa experience I was looking for. Also another gripe of mine is no full length mirrors in bedrooms ? And no table near a mirror to sit and dry hair and do makeup ? It’s the little things that make all the difference.”

“Second time I stayed here. Bed is good and firm. But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains. Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one. Wall paper is coming off in the room. I loved the room, the ladies at breakfast, the efficient bar staff, the food, the room service, the pool, it was all just as a hotel should be.
