“When we arrived the basement was freezing and heat panel was turned off. I scrambled to find the phone number to call a contact to ask how they could turn it on. I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters. I said...

“Only I did not like on app said 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. This is reason I booked but only 1 restroom available. Even I called 2 days before verify 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom person said yes 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom. But wasn’t ”

“The owner was very helpful as we had a schedule change situation and when we requested if we could add extra day to our stay, they confirmed it ok right away. This location is good as walking distance to mall, food court, and train station.is about 20mins. Also close by are restaurants which is makes it convenient for eating out and have a nice quiet and relaxing walk back. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Bath soap Dove is a very nice touch! The dining and living room is small...

“Rooms are clean, beds have a zippered encasement on the mattress. Free breakfast at the restaurant is standard best western continental breakfast food. Location is near bus and skytrain. Building is oddly set up. The bedroom door of each room leads directly to the outside, the bathroom sink is on the outside of the bathroom. I was given an adjoining room even though I was the only guest in my party. The soundproofing for the room, likely because it was an adjoining one was not good.”
