“There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. “This is our second stay at Red Ivy 5, we like the apt.We have huge issues with the area this time. The streets were completely torn up on Ressegui and 15th so there was no parking by the building. we had to park down the street. The water was turned off from 9A to 12 P one morning and was scheduled to be off again.Some remuneration for such inconvenience would not be unreasonable”
