“Nice Hotel, we'd stay here again. Quiet area. Staff were friendly, convenient room where we could park right outside our room. Room accommodations were great, clean.The river/marina area down the hill was lovely, park like setting. Restaurant food was good, convenient so you didn't have to leave the premises. ”

“We paid over $200 for one night and for two persons. We had expected a nice hotel for that price but found a pretty worn and dated hotel. In one of the stair houses it was very dirty and the breakfast was a bad joke. Internet was 12 down and less than 1 up. The hotel has no lift. However, the room was clean but spartan with a basin outside the bathroom. That means that a late visit there can only be done with the room lamp switched on which can wake up the roommate. By my opinion Hotels.com...

“Everyone went above and beyond in providing help and service. I am very grateful because they didn’t have to even allow me to continue to use their internet after check out time and instead they continued to help me find a good connection elsewhere in the hotel. They came where I was to get my order for food, served me lunch and let me pay from a table in the hall!”
