Familjehotell i North Jersey

“Everything was ok, except for the unbearable noise of the air conditioning, which would turn on every two hours and last for 6 to 8 minutes. It was very annoying and unbearable.”

“I booked a 5 night stay here last minute for a business trip. Room was beautiful. It had a robe, slippers, eye mask, keurig, and an amazing alarm clock that played white noise and birds chirping. The staff was kind and helpful. The restaurant was really good as well. Would definitely stay here again for my business trips. Highly recommend!”

“Elevator did not work. Feels run down”

“- poor cleanliness and general standard, especially fitted carpet that was extremely worn and dirty. - room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could. - baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up...

“Overall a good stay. Did book this including breakfast which we were denied as this was not showing in the hotel reservation. Not sure if this was to blame the hotel or Hotels.com but we had to find breakfast elsewhere as the offers in the restaurant did not our requirements. ”

“We always stay at this hotel when visiting friends in the area. It's wonderful!”

“Staff was friendly, rooms spacious.”
