“The room was very clean, brand new bathroom, staff was very attentive. Great option for the price especially on game day weekend. Short uber ride to UTK and the hotel was offering complimentary uber rides on game day, a very nice touch. Overall this is a great option when you just need a place to sleep. ”

“Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

“I loved it being outside of main Sevierville. Easy to get in and out of and pretty quiet. Fire pits are great and so are the pools. Would definitely stay there again”
