“Staff very friendly, property was very clean. Breakfast had variety. Room was small, be prepared no microwave or coffee maker for you coffee drinkers. They do offer 24 hr coffee in the lobby as well as free bottled waters, as well as a nice assortment of snack items for purchase. Overall good stay.”
“Everything was on Point!! Especially, the clean rooms & Delicious Breakfast!! The Outstanding Compassionate Customer Service made it SUPERB & RELAXING!! I’ll definitely be back soon!”
“The property and room were exceptionally clean. The breakfast in the morning cost $7.50 per person but there were lots of choices. Staff were very nice and attentive. The hotel was in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Hotel also had easy access off the main Interstate in Knoxville. There is a very nice restaurant and bar on the premises. We liked the comfort of the beds, my only criticism was they were very high off the floor. I am small and had to really scramble to...

“Upon entering our room I immediately found multiple cockroaches crawling around the floor boards and in the bathroom. Thankfully, the staff member immediately reversed charges once we returned back to the front desk and we found a clean hotel to stay in. However, once explaining to them what the problem was and them offering a new room, I told them if they have roaches in one room they have them in all of them, they were not even phased and said “It is hard to maintain” as if it was a known...
“We decided to stay here last minute based on reviews stating that rooms were recently renovated. The location was convenient, but actually was a bunch of undesirable people sitting in chairs in parking lot ( not safe) . Room had a musty smell, a broken TV, and stains on the sheets. There were 4 roaches in the room. We asked to switch rooms and the front desk accommodated this request, but the new room was the same with hostile people sitting next door. If it wasn’t for the shower, we would have...
