“Wifi fungerar inte i alla rum så jag fick byta rum för att få Wifi. De hade ej parkering åt mig fast jag bokat med parkering så de menade att jag skulle betala för parkering rätt över gatan, men efter diskussion om detta tog de räkningen för parkering. Jag slösade nog 2 timmar på parkerings-krångel och bytet av rum. Ingen pool och ingen restaurang i hotellet”
“Upon Check in time I told to the receptionist that we have van to park, you can go to 4th floor so they went & park w/out looking the said car, the roof of the van was scratched & damaged when we are about to go & see places (they said they will get in touch about the said damaged ubfortunately until now no update). I deposited 1K pesos but they didnot give it back when we checked out. Restuarant table clothe was dirty. Key doesnot work & only 1 lift working that day.”
