“Сам отель и комната были довольно комфортные. Обслуживающий персоонал работал отлично. Сначала мне дали комнату на 5 этаже, но там было жарко. Тогда мне поменяли комнату на 4 этаж, где было прохладнее. Единственное, что мне не понравилось - старые слабые кодиционеры. ”

“Had a great stay ”

“The best part of my stay was checking out. However, I would have checked out earlier had I noticed the plastic wrapped around the smoke alarm. More noticeable was that the toilet handle was falling off, the walls were paper thin, there was a pubic hair in the bathtub, and the maintenance panel in the elevator was barely hanging on. I have at least learned what to expect with a 7/10 rating on this website. Never again!”

“Everything was amazing except for the breakfast. Could have been better the only hot food offered was oatmeal or a waffle. Basic juice, bagel, cereal.”

“It was so beautiful in and out. The room was so comfortable and looked brand new. Staff was very welcoming. We would have to stay again if we come to St.Louis / Wash U again!! ”
