Improvement needed

This condo is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning, new bedding, new couches, sufficient window treatments, painting. There were no twin beds. Don’t try sleeping on the pullouts - dirty. The remotes don’t sync with the tvs. The balcony is tiny and the balcony off the master is shared with the condo next door, a rail separates. The pool could use a cleaning and ph checked daily. On a positive note, management was very helpful!

Perfect beach getaway!

Condo was clean and cozy and honestly pictures didn’t do it justice. They layout was very spacious for a beachfront condo and we had plenty of space to accommodate 3 families. The location was perfect for us as well. Property managers were also very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC which was resolved immediately. Will definitely stay again!

All in all the property was great. Only 2 issues. The sofa bed was filthy and the washer machine had a lot of built up mildew in it. It needs to be cleaned.

Great Location, Great View, TONS of Space

What a great property right on the beach. We were a bit leery of the 10th floor given we had stayed at a different place the year before that was on the first floor and an easy walk out. The elevator was fast and given the time of year the crowds were small. Randy and Debbie were there to answer any and all questions. If you stay over the winter months you'll have something to do most every night (happy hour, games, pot lucks). We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thanks again.

It was wonderful being right on the ocean. When not on the beach itself I loved being able to sit on the balcony. Location was good. Close to all kinds of restaurants and activities.

great condo in perfect location

this condo is perfect size for a large group. its location in Windy Hill is great. You don’t have to deal with Myrtle Beach crowds on the beach, but you are close enough to the attractions there if you so desire. the place was clean and exactly as pictured. Only complaint is similar to what others say, the lack of comfortable beds. overall, great experience and would stay again!

The pictures look allot better than the bedrooms actually are, bedrooms and closets very small, bathrooms very small, and the closets had so much stuff in them we couldn’t get our shoes and stuff in them, the drawers were full of junk and clutter!! The TV’s were missing remotes and boxes but the Manager came and took care of it he was very nice!

The Condo was very nice and roomy, I loved the fact that it had an extra sitting area for the kids to play. The only thing I would change is it needs new mattresses on all the beds. Definitely would stay again
