• The spacious living room features a large queen-size sleeper sofa and love seat, with 2 chairs , 2 bar stools accompanied by a big HD TV.

• Indulge in a romantic fancy evening with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with additional formal China.

• For your convenience, the kitchen also includes microwave safe dish service for 4, breakfast counter, complementary tea & coffee bar.

Comfort & Convenience:

• Stay refreshed with the washer/dryer, clean soft comfortable linens/blankets, extra pillows, and extra throw blankets. Six towels and washcloths are provided, along with six beach towels to ensure a comfortable experience without worrying about bringing your own.

• To get you started, you'll receive one complementary roll of TP for each bathroom and paper towels for the kitchen.

• Hand soap, dish soap, and tablets for the dishwasher are also provided, along with three trash bags. Please note that you will need to purchase your own paper goods and hygiene products.

• There is a hairdryer & hair straightener available for your use.

Beach Fun:

• Make the most of your beach experience with four beach chairs, sand toys, games & a beach cart at your disposal.

• Take a leisurely stroll to Crescent Beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach & jump into the ocean and dodge the large waves. Maybe you will even discover shark teeth, sea glass or find special seashells.

• Unwind in the comfortable private enclosed patio with cafe table and chairs.

• Rinse off in the backyard, hang your wet belongings on the portable clothesline.

• Feel like hanging home and just relaxing or relax while watching TV.

• Explore the extensive DVD collection found in the upstairs second bedroom closet.

• If you need to combine work and pleasure there are two dedicated workspaces one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom.

Guest Requirements & Access:

• To ensure a seamless check-in process, we require a valid picture ID for all guests 18 and older.

• Please note someone must be at least 25 years old to make the reservations & be present.

• While we adore children, our space is not designed for children under 3 years of age, and we regret that we are not handicap accessible.

• To guarantee stress free check in we utilize electronic entry & provide 2 outside ring cameras for your safety.

• A comprehensive guest manual is provided, replete with suggestions for leisure activities and fine or casual dining.

• We will contact you a few days prior to check-in with your security code for electronic entry.

• Two parking spaces C-1 & C-2 are available for your use.

• Please be advised that smoking, grilling, and pets are strictly prohibited at this time.
