We had a wonderful time for our 30th New Years get together. The property was perfect for our large group and the kitchen offered the perfect set up for our catered New Years Eve dinner. The only thing that would have made the stay better was more towels! 1 towel per person was tough, but other than that the facilities were great!

Great vacation

Everything was great, the house is well divided, just the cleanliness that needs to be improved, there was a lot of dust and the floor was a little dirty, apart from that, everything was perfect. We had a great time!

McGhee Cousins Trip

3 generations of cousins stayed together to enjoy each other and in celebration of our dear sister/cousin we lost in March. It was her 1st birthday in heaven and she was the person that kept us all together. Great time and location to the beach ⛱️

Great location

Great spot for a large group. Easy access to beach and can go back and forth with minimal effort. Very responsive managers. Parking spots are tiny and anything larger than a standard sedan will have difficulties getting in and out of spaces. Pool is very small with limited room for more than a few people to congregate around the pool area. Huge kitchen with plenty of seating and fridge space. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the parking and pool but everything else was as expected and we had great time.

Very nice property

Everything was great, except the AC wasn't cooling the third floor. Didn't matter much for us considering the time of year but in the summer it will be a problem.

The elevator came in handy for getting gear in/out along with the two folks who needed it due to mobility issues. The theater and games floors were nice. Access to the beach was easy. A few things could use improvement. The one handicap accessible room should have an accessible shower instead of having to step over the side of the tub. There were no basic spices like salt/pepper or oils. The beds were all extremely hard. It's nice that every room has it's own bathroom but there are no half baths on any level. Parking is very tight. The pool area is small for the amount of people who could be there.

We had a great time and I would recommend Together Resorts as they were very professional and polite in dealing with issues as they arose. The property is nice but does have some wear and tear. That is expected as this house is well used. The elevator was not working when we arrived (I was notified just before arriving). They did have elevator repair out the next day but it still did not work. They sent the repair company again and they were able to get it working. It was hard for our family that needed the elevator to get up and down. The beds are hard as rocks and not comfortable and some family members bought mattress toppers so they could sleep more comfortably. The only other issue would be lack of insulation so you hear everything going on throughout the house. This house does accommodate 50 people with ease. It was great having 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. We had a great time and I would return. Even with the issues. We did have a great time.

Most painful review I have ever given..

I didn’t want to write this but here we are.. truths have to be told here. Booked this house for a work trip to spoil our employees, and it was almost a complete let down. Not a single hot shower for any of the guests for the entire stay. We left the faucet on for 25 mins in different rooms on separate floors, nothing worked for anyone anywhere. How is that possible with 6 water heaters?! The beds are the absolute WORST. It legitimately feels like you’re sleeping on corn bags or planks of wood, and the pillows you’re given are like sleeping with two pieces of newspaper under your head. Stacking them together doesn’t even help. Every bed accept for 1 downstairs was in this condition. Was notified by a gentleman on site, as we were walking up to check into the house that the hot tub was not working - we definitely booked it for that option and would not have booked this house if we knew this was an issue. Parking is a nightmare - this house is a duplex, and if the other renters in the other unit feels like using your spaces, they will and can block you in easily. Be mindful which spots you choose. While it’s nice to have an elevator, it takes forever - not a deal breaker but it deserves to be listed. It shouldn’t take 5+ mins to go up to the top floor of a three story house. The best thing about this house is the location, the kitchen and the amount of rooms it has - otherwise, I would not have rented.

Best Family Gathering outside of our parents house!

Perfect Extended Family Retreat

There are many beautiful homes that are beachfront but what set this property above them is it offers 7+ private en suite king bedrooms. Perfect for multiple adult couples traveling with their kids and needing privacy while enjoying family time. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It was very easy for the family to transition from the pool to the beach.

Not what we expected!😒

Disappointed about the property. We thought at this price we were renting a luxury property, but ended up with a large mediocre property. Pool and pool deck were incredibly small and not appropriate for a property that sleeps 50. Photos of the pool were incredibly deceiving and grossly misrepresented the actual size. Outside grill was too small for a home with 27 guests that sleeps 50. Bedrooms had no dresser or closet space. No balconies. TV controls did not allow streaming. The kitchen was the only part of the rental that was consistent with the listing. The other party in the second side of the building was incredibly loud well into the night and the sound insulation was inadequate. Last but not least, the fire alarm went off about 15 times during our stay do you something related to the internet access.

Reviewer Comments: My family has been vacationing as a huge group for decades and we adored so many features of the house. Everyone loved the movie theater and being able to all eat at one giant table in the kitchens. The multiple kitchen appliances were beyond convenient and we loved having a washer and dryer on each floor. The distance to the beach was great and having alternate parking options was super helpful. We struggled with some small issues. The floors were very dirty when we arrived and left the bottoms of our feet black every day. Additionally, the rental came with a laundry list of "fees" we could acquire with the slightest mishap - Some seemed a bit ridiculous (e.g., $30 fine if makeup got on a washcloth) and we were nervous simply attempting to function as usual because so many fines were threatened.In general, we thought the house was a great experience for the money and would definitely return.

Smith family reunion

Three large refrigerator/freezers provided the room needed to accomodate the item brought in by 30 + members. Havin2 full size stoves and dishwashers made food prep and cleanup much easier. Ceiling fans in the 14 bedrooms were appreciate as was the convenience of an attached bathroom in each. The kitchen easily accommodated 30 + people. The 2nf floor entertainment room allowed for both CDs as well as access to streaming such as Netflix. The 3rd floor game room with a pool table, shuffleboard and foosball gave the children (and parents) was welcoming. The uniwas a 5 minute walk to the broad white sandy beaches of Cherry Grove. Outdoor gas grills (bring your own tank) along with the pool and hot tupe allowed for those activities. And finally, having an elevator to service all floors made it handicap accessible.

The rental was cleaned and ready before promised. The staff was amazing. Even the maintenance man was fantastic. The only set back was 4 bunk bed rooms instead of 5 and the pool was not cleaned before our arrival. However, it seemed to be cleaned during our stay. The theater room and game room were up and running as promised. The elevator is an added bonus making the experience even better. The caterers loved the kitchen space. The beach access is right across the street. I would stay here again and I would recommend this property to friends and relatives!

We had higher Expectations for the price

Sadly not as clean as we had hoped. Flooring in the kitchen needed repaired. Elevator broke during our stay. Bathroom started to leak all during our short stay of 5 nights. Location is great & if they deep cleaned the property & fixed the few items it would have been better. Along with creating a leaving room space.

Wonderful Place for Large Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 50 enjoyed our week together in this beautiful place. We found it very clean when we arrived and loved the location in Cherry Grove. Of course, everyone wants beach front, but we were happy to be close to the beach with easy access across the road. The smaller kids enjoyed the pool. I must admit we were disappointed when the hot tub didn't work because it had been hit by lightning. Some of the family thought we should have received some kind of refund for that problem. Also, I wasn't aware when I made the reservation how little space each room had to store things while there. Many of us lived out of suitcases. It is my understanding that they are trying to make sure each room has some sort of place to store clothes in the future. Some of ours already had snall closets placed in the rooms. Susan and the other ladies were very helpful in the office. Perfect for big families, wedding and reunions. I would recommend it highly.

Great space for groups!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our youth ministry rented this property for an annual summer retreat and loved it! While not on the beach, it is literally a one minute walk that is easy and fairly safe. It is located in a very safe area of Cherry Grove/North Myrtle Beach. We were very pleased with the accommodations, amenities and overall cleanliness of the property. The kitchen makes it easy to host meals in. We did have two minor inconveniences while staying at this property - the pool wasn't clean and the 3rd floor bedrooms didn't stay cool. Overall, we would come back and appreciated the help from Together Resorts.
